These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at atelierpolytech.com and any services we provide, including plastic injection molding solutions, rapid prototyping, engineering review, supplier coordination, quality assurance, and delivery coordination (collectively referred to as "Services").

By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

1. About Atelier Polytech

Atelier Polytech is an engineering and manufacturing solutions company based in Bangalore, India. We help OEMs, startups, and industrial businesses source high-quality plastic injection molded components through a trusted manufacturing partner network. We manage the entire journey from engineering review and prototyping to supplier coordination, quality assurance, and final delivery.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or requesting our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.

3. Quotations and Orders

All quotes provided by Atelier Polytech are based on the specifications and requirements shared by the client at the time of inquiry. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

• A confirmed order is only binding once we have issued a formal order acknowledgment in writing.
• Any changes to design, materials, quantities, or specifications after order confirmation may result in revised pricing and timelines.
• Atelier Polytech reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.

4. Prototyping Services

Where prototyping is requested or recommended, Atelier Polytech will produce in-house resin 3D printed prototypes for design validation purposes. Prototypes are intended for form, fit, and functional review only and may not have the same material properties as final injection molded production parts.

Approval of a prototype by the client signifies acceptance of the design for production. Any design changes after prototype approval may incur additional costs.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST), shipping, or customs duties, which will be itemized separately.

• A deposit (typically 50% of the order value) may be required before production commences. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch.
• Payment terms will be specified in the quotation or order acknowledgment.
• Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.

6. Delivery and Lead Times

Lead times provided at the time of quotation are estimates based on current production capacity and supplier availability. Atelier Polytech will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but we shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, supplier delays, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the client upon handover to the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Quality Assurance

Atelier Polytech conducts quality checks on components sourced through our manufacturing network before dispatch. Components are inspected for dimensional accuracy, visual defects, and conformance to agreed specifications.

If any delivered components are found to be defective or non-conforming, the client must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate and, if the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, arrange for replacement or credit at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, CAD files, and technical specifications shared by the client remain the intellectual property of the client. Atelier Polytech will not share, reproduce, or use such materials for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed order without prior written consent.

Content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Atelier Polytech and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship for a period of 3 years.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atelier Polytech's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by the client with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of production:

• Before production commences: The deposit may be partially or fully refunded at our discretion depending on costs already incurred.
• After production has commenced: No refund of the deposit. The client remains liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

Atelier Polytech reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
